Gizella 24 consists of two building blocks with a total of 154 apartments. The taller block has basement + ground floor + 6 upper floors, the lower block has 5 upper floors. Three lifts provide comfortable vertical circulation – two high-capacity ones in the taller block and one smaller in the lower block.
Yes, the entire plot is undergrounded with a total of 155 parking spaces in the underground garage. EV charging is available at 15 spaces in a managed, power-regulated system.
The apartments feature ceiling-mounted heating/cooling panels with an air-to-water heat pump. The solution is physiologically beneficial: there is no active air blowing, the system heats surfaces directly, and it does not dry the air in cooling mode. A gas boiler provides backup in extremely cold weather. Electric towel dryers and supplementary underfloor heating are also provided in bathrooms.
Apartments are available in four different interior styles; the choice covers floor and wall finishes as well as interior door colours. Style selection is open until 31 August 2026. Styles can be viewed in person at the project showroom by appointment.
Bathrooms include a bath or shower tray with faucet, shower cabin, built-in concealed-tank WC, sink with washing machine connection, and a mirror. In the kitchen, outlets are installed for all built-in appliances – however, kitchen furniture, appliances and wall panels are not part of the standard specification and are not included in the purchase price.
Both building blocks will have extensive green roofs, while the courtyard above the underground garage will feature intensive/semi-intensive green coverage and paved surfaces. The solution improves the microclimate, creates a more pleasant environment for residents, and increases the green ratio of the plot.
Apartment facade windows are triple-glazed heat-insulated plastic windows (Uw = 1.1 W/m²K) in anthracite (RAL 7016) with built-in motorised blinds. Entrance doors are MABISZ-certified, multi-point locking, fire-rated security doors. CAT6 data outlets (TV/telephone/internet) and modern electrical fittings are installed in all living spaces.
