The Innova Real Estate Development Real Estate Investment Fund is a real estate fund operating in a regulated market under the authorization of the Hungarian National Bank. The Fund is managed by Innova-X Fund Management Plc., which carries out real estate fund management activities in Hungary under an official supervisory license. The Fund commenced its operations on 12 December 2025, supported by a stable legal and financial foundation. In April 2025, our fund manager successfully obtained the right to participate in the National Capital Holding’s Housing Capital Programme, providing long-term, predictable financing for our developments.

What is a real estate investment fund and how does it work?

A real estate investment fund is a regulated investment vehicle that raises capital from investors and invests it in real estate projects according to a defined strategy. The Fund operates within a strict legal and supervisory framework. The Fund’s assets are managed separately; operations are overseen by a custodian and an auditor, while supervision is carried out by the Hungarian National Bank. This structure ensures transparent, controlled, and secure operation, which is particularly important in residential real estate developments.

What types of projects do we deliver?

Our development portfolio currently consists exclusively of residential real estate projects. Our goal is to create high-quality, affordable, and sustainable apartments and homes.
