Normafa Garden's only residence framed by two large, directly connected private gardens.
The A01 is the building's only ground-floor home with two separate private gardens: a total of 286 m² of private greenery surrounds it on the corner of Building “A” – one north-eastern and one south-western garden. The 2+1-room layout is flexible – the extra room can serve as a study, guest room or children's room – while the expansive glazing lets the wonder of the Normafa in from two directions, north-east and south-west.

The hedge-screened gardens form the building's most private ground-floor greenery: a safe, enveloping realm of your own, even for children.
The forest at your door, the city in the valley.
In the mornings, birdsong and cool, resin-scented air – not the noise of the city. A few steps and the beech-wood trails welcome you; by evening the lights of the city open up from the Normafa meadow, with only the forest behind you.
Fresh green in spring, gold in autumn, cross-country ski tracks among the trees in winter. Not a weekend excursion but everyday life: the Buda Hills as an extension of home – yet the city centre barely twenty minutes away.
The A01 kitchen opens onto the living–dining area, in the natural light of the garden glazing. Bespoke built-in cabinetry, warm wood cladding, concealed storage.
The appliances are Miele throughout: from the Flex induction hob to the AirFry oven and the sensor-controlled microwave, all the way to the fully integrated dishwasher with AutoOpen drying. Several appliances can be networked via Miele@home, and the hob also works automatically with the extractor – a quiet, energy-efficient and intuitive kitchen experience, considered in every detail.
A standalone, black ceramic-glass induction hob. The Flex zone comfortably accommodates even large cookware, while residual-heat use and the easy-to-clean surface simplify everyday cooking.
A modern, obsidian-black oven with rapid heat-up. AirFry mode delivers crisp results with little oil, while the PerfectClean coating makes cleaning effortless.
A built-in microwave oven with side sensor controls. It sits discreetly beside the oven, with automatic programmes for effortless everyday cooking.
A fully integrated dishwasher that delivers brilliant results thanks to AutoOpen drying. Fresh-water technology and a hot-water connection save up to 50% energy.
The A01 can be acquired on its own, or with a premium interior package designed by an interior architect and tuned to the nature-close mood of the two gardens – turnkey.
