The hedge-screened private garden lies on the south-eastern side, towards the communal garden – sheltered and sunny at once – an ideal place to unwind, where children can play in safety.

Several appliances can be networked via Miele@home, and the hob also works automatically with the extractor – a quiet, energy-efficient and intuitive kitchen experience, considered in every detail.
