The A03's 7,15 m² balcony opens from the living room, and nothing stands in the way of the view: the space opens freely onto the Normafa and the wooded ridges of the Buda Hills. Thanks to its north-eastern orientation, the morning sun arrives here first – clear mountain air and an unobstructed, green panorama that runs all the way to the horizon.

In the mornings, birdsong and cool, resin-scented air – not the noise of the city. A few steps and the beech-wood trails welcome you; by evening the lights of the city open up from the Normafa meadow, with only the forest behind you.
