The A05 is a split-level, panoramic residence: on the lower level a spacious living–dining area with balcony access, a kitchen and a bedroom; on the upper level two further bedrooms, a separate study and an en-suite bathroom. The two levels are linked by the apartment's own internal staircase. The forest panorama of the Buda Hills opens up from all four balconies, while the two-storey layout creates a generous private sphere within the home.

The true distinction of the A05 is its four balconies, split across two levels: 5,11 m² on the lower level and a total of 23,79 m² of outdoor space on the upper level – and on the upper level every room has its own balcony. Each offers a breathtaking view, yet each shows a different face of the landscape: now the nearby treetops, now the distant ridges of the Buda Hills, now the green depths of the Normafa. Four vantage points, from a single home.
The forest at your door, the city in the valley.
In the mornings, birdsong and cool, resin-scented air – not the noise of the city. A few steps and the beech-wood trails welcome you; by evening the lights of the city open up from the Normafa meadow, with only the forest behind you.
Fresh green in spring, gold in autumn, cross-country ski tracks among the trees in winter. Not a weekend excursion but everyday life: the Buda Hills as an extension of home – yet the city centre barely twenty minutes away.
On the lower level of the A05, the kitchen connects to the balcony-access living–dining area: bespoke built-in cabinetry, warm wood cladding and concealed storage.
The appliances are Miele throughout: from the Flex induction hob to the AirFry oven and the sensor-controlled microwave, all the way to the fully integrated dishwasher with AutoOpen drying. Several appliances can be networked via Miele@home, and the hob also works automatically with the extractor – a quiet, energy-efficient and intuitive kitchen experience, considered in every detail.
